Claim Series X CME Credits
Series X Credits are now available to claim for each Session that you attended within the Series X.
To claim your CME credits, click on the Claim CME Credit button, and complete the online Credit and Evaluation form, including selection of each Session attended within Series X.
1 CME Certificate is supplied electronically for the cumulative CME Credits earned commensurate with the extent of participation with the Series. (4.5 total CMEs available for Series X)
Participants will be able to download or print a certificate once the form has been submitted.
